To start with your registration, you must access our system here, where you can choose to register individually or as a group. There will be a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more people. The equivalent to one person’s fee. 

In this form, you will be asked things such as name, last name, email, phone number, institution, dietary restrictions and emergency contact.

For individual registration, you must cancel the registration fee according to the type of assistance selected. The amount to be paid will be shown by the platform at the time of registration.

For group registration, there must be a person in charge who will supply the name and email of the other members and also make the payment for all of them. Once this is complete, those members will receive an email to access our system and complete their registration.

Once the registration payment has been approved and finalized, you will receive a confirmation email.

Attention everyone! Covid-19 vaccination scheme will be mandatory and requested upon registration at the venue.

If the payment is made outside of the assigned dates, the record value will be updated as shown in the fees table.

Cancellation* policy:

Until April 1st 2022: 80% will be refunded 

From April 2nd through June 30th 2022: 50% will be refunded 

From July 1st 2022: no refund will be made 

*In case of cancellation (at any stage), bank transfer handling fee USD $20 will not be refunded.
